At the Queensland Institute of Dermatology we are committed to keeping our doors open and providing our excellent standard of care to our patients. For the safety of our patients, staff, clients and the general public we have implemented a few changes to our clinic.
Please inform us BEFORE attending the clinic if you have travelled in the last two weeks or had close contact with people who have travelled in the last two weeks.
Additionally, please do not attend the clinic if you are unwell or have had contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case. Please contact us to discuss alternative options, such as phone or video consultations.
We ask that only one family member attend the consult to limit the number of people in the clinic at any time. Please remember to maintain social distancing within the clinic. Payment by card is preferred over cash at this time.
This current situation is ever evolving and we will continue to adjust our protocols in order to follow recommended guidelines. For more information about COVID-19 please refer to the Australian Government or Queensland Health websites.
Thank you for your patience and please keep yourself and your family safe.
